With a degree in Cultural Anthropology from Cornell University, decades of training in Kriya Yoga, Tibetan Buddhism, and Indigenous traditions, along with a background as an Emmy-award–winning designer, I bridge ancient wisdom with modern leadership. For over a decade, I’ve led more than 800 transformational retreats worldwide, guiding doctors, therapists, entrepreneurs, and leaders—including billionaires—through profound healing and liberation.
